All services are provided at the discretion of our professional groomers to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of your pet.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • We ask that clients provide accurate contact and address information.

  • Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or previous appointments.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any delays.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We request advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Failure to be present at the scheduled appointment time may result in a missed appointment fee.

4. Pet Health and Safety

By booking our services, you confirm that:

  • Your pet is up-to-date on required vaccinations.

  • Your pet does not have any known contagious illnesses.

  • You will inform us of any health conditions, behavioral issues, allergies, or sensitivities.

Cali Pet Mobile Grooming reserves the right to refuse or stop services if a pet shows signs of aggression, severe stress, illness, or if grooming poses a risk to the pet or groomer.

In the event of a medical emergency, we may seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time services are completed unless otherwise agreed.

  • We may accept various payment methods as communicated during booking.

  • Prices are subject to change based on pet size, coat condition, behavior, or additional services requested.

6. Satisfaction Policy

We strive to provide high-quality grooming services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cali Pet Mobile Grooming is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions or health issues

  • Reactions related to pre-existing medical conditions

  • Minor nicks, scratches, or irritation that may occur during grooming, especially with matted coats

  • Loss or damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the pet owner

Our liability is limited to the cost of the grooming service provided.
